Dr Marty McCurry is a Senior Engineering Manager at Seagate Technology with over 25 years experience in recording head Integration Technology. He leads advanced integration efforts across photonics and HDD applications in the Springtown facility. Marty has driven innovations in Advanced  integration, wafer process optimisation and cycle-time reduction, contributing to strategic programmes such as HAMR and Mozaic 3+. His work includes process and tooling development, helping to shape Seagate’s next-generation data storage solutions.
