Dr Tatsiana Mikulchyk holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the Technological University Dublin. For the past 7 years, Dr Mikulchyk has worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher on several research and industry-related projects at the Centre for Industrial and Engineering Optics, TU Dublin. The work has led to 2 patent applications, 3 invention disclosures and 20 peer-reviewed papers. In 2023 Tatsiana Mikulchyk obtained an SFI-IRC Pathway Award to carry out her independent research on the development of panchromatic photopolymerisable glass for recording of holographic optical elements for Augmented Reality displays. Currently, Tatsiana Mikulchyk is a Research Fellow at the IEO Centre, and she is leading the research domain focused on the development of a new generation of photopolymerisable glasses for holographic applications.
The research interests include holographic recording materials and their application for the development of diffractive optical elements by holographic patterning and two-photon lithography.
